You can change to a higher resolution camera, but not all camera models are supported by FlexScan3D. Also, it is not recommended because using higher megapixel cameras will slow down the scan speed and processing speed. In most cases, you don’t need all the data that you can obtain from a 5-10 megapixel camera.
In addition, even if you have a higher megapixel camera, your projector is only a 0.7 megapixel projector. Also, most HD projectors are only 1 megapixel. Therefore you will not have much gain in performance, even if you spend more for a higher resolution camera.
