    This is probably caused by a USB3.0 driver issue. Try installing the latest drivers, which you can download at downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=21129. Otherwise there may be an issue with the computer’s operating system.

  • Firewire Netstor TurboBox not working

    PointGrey Firewire cards do not work with the Netstor TurboBox. You will have to contact Point Grey and Netstor directly for support, as we do not provide support for this. If you must use the NetstorBox, we recommend the following card: http://www.ioi.com.tw/products/proddetail.aspx?CatID=106&ProdID=1060135&HostID=2009. This Firewire card should work with the NetstorBox.
